A WHOLE STORY.
The Crimson-Masked Saiyan belongs to the Super Dragon Ball Heroes promotional story and its related games. Official character releases depict both Super Saiyan Rosé and the long-haired Super Saiyan Rosé 3, with separate names that identify their game-specific origin.
His existence is why the archive separates the Super-era Goku Black profile from the Heroes branch. Rosé 3 is an official spin-off form, but it does not establish that Black used it in the Super anime or manga. Source context remains part of the character design.
